Somatic Sound Bath

Reconnect with your body through movement and immersive sound vibrations. We'll start with gentle breathing and stretching, followed by flowing intuitive movement, merging into ecstatic dance where you are free to move however you want to move. We'll then slow everything down and lie down for a deeper, longer sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, and other soothing instruments.

Please bring a mat or towel and anything else for your comfort during the sound bath.
